I was born and raised in Kazan, where I also graduated from the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics.

I've been in the IT industry for 20 years: I spent the first ten as a developer and the next ten dedicated to management. During this time, I've gone from managing individual projects to building and leading an entire department.

I enjoy building long-term client relationships and turning small projects into successful partnerships. I'm also passionate about developing internal processes, optimization, and implementing change. In recent years, my focus has been on adapting teams to new realities like remote work, leveraging AI, and various approaches to improving performance.

Outside of work, I'm learning about finance. For fun, I play a bit of guitar and soccer, enjoy photography and traveling, and I'm also a fan of open-source.
